Rad fan won't turn off!

[?] Ive tried cleaning the connector on the rad fan, and tested it that is all fine. Checked the Fan switch unplugged that and it was still staying on. Ive pulled the big Green 30a Fuse in the relay box, to stop it but need this working.[[img]/sad.gif[/img]] Ive run out of ideas any help guys?

if you have disconnected the radiator thermostat switch and it is still staying on ...there must be a short to earth as the thermostat switch sends the earth to the fan motor

not wishing to sound cheeky ...but it was the connector from the thermostat switch you disconnected ? on mine (C20XE) its on the left hand side near the bottom of the radiator (as your facing he car )

So maybe a earth problem somewhere?!

Mine is a C20LET and it's on the bottome left as you stand at the front of the car. A right f****r to get to.
