oil and battery gauges

hi guys,

hoping you lot can help me! I have a 1993 16v Calibra which does not have the oil and battery gauges. Before i go searching for the gauges i was wondering if the wiring loom will already be behind my dash or will i have to go hunting for that to?

Is there an easy way to tell without pulling the dash out?
