Must admit, thats news to me. I put it down to
1) camber in the road
2) lowerd suspension
3) bad tracking

I work for buckley tyres and get this problem alot. Radial tyres can sometimes have a bias to running in one direction only. Try swopping your tyres from side to side assuming there not directional. If they are try swopping front to back to see if this improves any. Normally tracking doesnt really cause the car to pull to left as bad as your saying but if it's about 20mm or more out it could.
