how low?

what is the best height for handling, and at what heights affect what size wheel you can have, ie if you go down 60mm will u be limited to 17" without doing arch mods? would you recommed doing the shocks at the same time?

other than shocks/springs, is there anything else to help improve handling?

i dont think wheel size is a limiting factor when dropping the car but shocks and springs are a must if you want a decent ride, personally i wouldnt go too low especially if there is a lot a humps in the road, mine is 35-40mm drop and i wouldnt want to go any lower

If you want to lower the car by fitting springs, most deifnately use suitable shocks as well.

Polybushes will also stiffen it up a bit

Obviously though, the lower you go, the less room you have to play with when fitting wheels and kerbs then become a problem
