Knock knock

I keep hearing a knocking noise every so often from the front when I go round a corner etc.
I've had a look. If I bounce the car I can hear it. I can also feel it through the top of the struts both sides. I've had a quick look at the strut mounts and they look ok. Only things I can think of are knackered bottom arms or shockers.
Anyone any better ideas?

First things that come to mind are bushes or ball joint(s).
