Damper differences

Why is it that in most cases, when looking at suspension kits, they say its not for the 4x4 and turbo?!!!

I would have thought the setting at the front( wishbone and where the strut goes in to, would be the same on all calibras. unless the thickness is different.

I want to buy a set of extra low lowering springs for my calibra but all of them say not for the turbo/4x4.

Any ideas?!!! would the springs fit?!!!

id imagine its down the the extra weight rather than how they fit

yah, exactly. height and handling will different due to different weight ratio. other than that there's no reason why it shouldnt fit.
v6 should also have a bit different setup as the front is noticeably heavier than 16v/8v

Seem to recall when i was buying either top mounts or mount bearings, forget... that the turbo was different part to the rest.. can't remember or never knew what the difference was... it was listed in a aftermarket parts catalogue...
