Steering wheel not centre

by Calibra_Mike » Wed Jan 16, 2008 12:29 am

Right a while back I changed the whole of my front suspension and when refitting new track rod ends I think I may not have done them the right amoutn of turns as my steering wheel is off centre...

now the question is will this sort the problem out by giving the rod ends a turn or two and also which direction will i need to turn them...

If you think of the steering wheel to be a clock the the top dead centre of the wheel is pointing at 1oclock...

any help will be greatful as Im a bit confussed...

Its not the tracking as thats been done...

Some places dont seem to bother lining up the steering wheel which is annoing! lol, if the car runs in a straight line just take it off and move it on the spline mate.
