Pothole misery!!!

Just had a look at the top mounts whilst stationery and turning wheel from lock to lock. Seems to be a lot of movement in them both. Pass side turns with the wheel a little bit when steering centred and then turning to left and both mounts seem to move front to back (tilt) a little when turning lock to lock. Both rubber donut thingys are about 5 - 6 mm above the turret too. Does this sound normal?
