A sharp punch up the hole will pierce the floor as the metal isnt very thick there. I went through at an angle so when i drilled the hole i missed the captive nut which is why the floor looks such a mess. Think i used a 110mm m12 bolt with nylock nut. Tricky bit is holding the nut steady whilst doing the bolt up ft :)
