Handbrake cable mount RIPPING away from floor!!!

Didn't know that! any idea what the differences are/were?
I know when I got my rear discs & pads done last xmas, my mechanic had to get another set sent over, cos the first ones weren't the right fit, he said it had the hubs from a 4x4 on..?

Can you find out what type of hoses you got fitted Viv? Just I've often wondered about getting braided hoses but you can never seem to see em for the 8V.
Mines not due MOT until May, but I don't like having a next-to-useless handbrake!

I let you know exactly what hoses they are when Ive grabbed my other
half get the info off him.
