Grating

When i brake from anything above 60 odd, I have a strange grating sound. If I brake below this speed everything is fine, even if i slam them on. But above 60 even if i tap them gently they grate!
Any ideas anyone?

Problem, found out. Lack of pad on the back, it only made a noise over that speed cos the back ones come in first over a certain speed.
Anyone know wot it costs to have them done, as he couldnt give me a price today with it being a bank holiday.
