Doughnut bush

Anybody any info on changing them? What needs to come off what doesn't.
Been looking through tis and can't find anything.
How long roughly are they to do?
Cheers in advance.

they couldn't be easier to do! jack the car up and support the suspension arm. undo the 3 bolts that hold the metal plate in place and take away the plate. let the arm drop and then lever out the bush. you might be lucky, if the bush is completely knackered you can pull it out by hand. Got the price for the part from Autovaux. £16+vat each. Fair old labour charge on that!
Has anyone done them, themselves?

from what i can see/know, 3 bolts either side. as far as can think, will stand corrected though, think 18mm and 19mm bolts.. said sockets, a breaker bar, pry bars, grease, jack, axle stands, hammer(incase) all needed for doing job, oh and 20 fags if smoke n a hot cuppa with winter here!!! -2.5 here today
no, no springs off, know where near them.. springs to rear of wheels, your working to front of wheels.. not even a wheel off job
