FWD LET with F28 Virtually no understeer
FWD LET with F28 Virtually no understeer
Anyone else find this?
I have got virtually no understeer on my FWD LET SE5. Probably coz it has so much power it pulls me out of understeer before it happens.

Yup, not trying hard enough. And you shouldn't have to really try either! It's quite easy to understeer the cally.

If you get oversteer, try using the handbrake to spin yourself straight

Understeer is not caused by power! or wheelspin It's caused by a loss of traction in the front wheels. This loss of traction can be caused by many factors. Ice, water, tyres, weight of front end (One of the reasons the calibra suffers so easily from it - it has a LOT of weight up front), design, torque applied, momentum, etc, etc.
If you aint got any understeer in a front wheel drive turbo calibra, then you're obviously driving it like a granny.

power or no power provided it can do 20mph before a tight corner it will understeer..., a 1.0 nova understeers just like any other FWD car
this guy is either on a windup or he does not know what understeer is

Never a truer word spoken! You can sneeze and get a calibra to understeer!
