you can take them both off as long as you support the rest of it, and if you havent changed the bushes if your taking the brackets off now might be the best time to get them changed

popped down the "callycave" again.....I took one bracket off.....while supporting the sub frame......
Looks quite rusty....a lot of it is surface rust/old underseal(i hope)
So off to work it goes...for a shot blast....hopefully they dont turn to dust...lol....as Im guessing you can not get them any more.....the bush had seen better days too....so that will be replaced.
Also beefed up security while im under the car lol stop any tools going walkie`s lol (crap work phone pic)

well......this is the mount after the first 2 min shot blast cycle....
Another 2 mins blast cycle....
Im really pleased with the results...it did not vanish into dust and dissapear up the extraction lol.......so i have some "plasicote" paint....its in green but who cares at £1 a spray can lol

get a claw hammer or a crowbar and just yank it out
normally the new ones slip in but if your struggling put some fairy liquid around it and when you bolt it up it will go in no bother

Hi all....im struggling to get the main mounting bolt home...its really really tight and its got about 60mm to go....the wishbone is supportef in two places.
