brake probs??

I would check that your brake pads are free in the carriers. if the pads Are sticky when you brake the calliper will twist rather than push the pads out with the result of a spongy brake.have you heated the brake fluid or done brake pipes that you think that they need bleeding.i have heard of the seals on the master cylnders flipping round then not being able to pump fluid.best to just open the nipples and let the fluid run through on its own.

gonna try giving them a bleed though myself, just wondered if anyone could help me save some time, was going to go braided anyway.
