Brake discs?

mines a calibra turbo N reg can someone tell me what size the brakes are because apparently they changed them at some point fronts are either 284 or 288 and rear are either 270 or 286?? would it matter if i put the larger ones on all round??

I would "guess" being N reg it will be the later bigger set.. i think the changeover was a lot earlier than that. im sure someone will be able to clarify in a bit.

ive just rung vauxhall and they said they cahnge them on 96 cars and that mine has got the smaller ones. hanks for the help stu

Olly, any chance of having your old disc's when you get your new one's?? For the very purpose of developing the big brake kits?? If so PM me and we'll talk about me coming to pick them up or something.....?

no problem i'll hopefully be putting new discs on next weekend so ill let you know when ive got them off etc and we'll arrange something
