Sprigot rings

Lads need to buy a set sprigot rings,have to buy over the internet cause I can't find them here.I got a quote of £30.Is this about right?

if u do a search on google for "broadland wheels"....they sell the metal one's for 2.50p each,thats where i got my wheels from and rings,

thats the cheapest ive ever seen them and im 99% sure they will have them in stock,
