Wanted!
Ok folks, I replaced the master brake cylinder all to lead to braking the bleed nipple so I need at least one caliper for the rear. All the following parts are required for my 1994 2.0 16v redtop. If anyone can give me a price for calipers, price for one front, one rear and all four (was told 1.8/2.0 cav calipers might fit? and 8v cally calipers will also fit..if any of you have new one's lying about gathering dust they would do sublimly). Obviously they need to be in good condition as I don't want to end up snapping these nipples too...
I'm also looking for braided brake line kit.
Another part needed is brake pipes. Do you get different quality brake pipes or are they all just mild steel/copper/copper nickle?
Anyone offer me a price for brake pipes (info required..if they are standard etc)?
I have no idea how to replace the brake pipes and I'm told it takes a lot of time and was advised to take it to a garage to get done. Does the haynes manual help with this (I sorta have mine ordered)?
Because the car will probably be going to a garage to get done, would it be worth getting them to replace the fuel lines while they're at it? If so, any prices for fuel lines? As always, any comments welcome.
If you can't offer me a price could you advise me of any places to buy the stuff?
So to summerise the parts I need are:
1) Calipers (price for a front, a back and all four)
2) Braided brake line kit
3) Brake pipes
4) Potentially fuel line pipes, depending one what people advise
Thanks,
Matt
