brake noise

could anybody help me?
i changed rear pads bout a month ago now every so often when i brake i can hear and feel a sort of grinding noise from the pedal.
u can feel the pedal pushing back at u.
ive checked the anti rattle clip thingys they seem ok
on the drivers side the pads seem to have a bit of movement in them
as if there not in right. ive had them out checked them cant seem to see whats wrong. thanks.

grinding sound if new pads, I would guess its the rust build up on the discs is now getting hit with the new pads (also be why its feeling its kicking back as pads going over rough area)...could check you have the right pads...or change the discs

pads r the right ones. disc does have a bit of rust on outer edge
looks like the pads arnt sitting right.
but the passenger side is fine.
