Weird noise coming from the back

I ken only hear it when driving but not all the time. It sounds like there are too pieces of thin metal in a back tyre and they are hitting each other lol not very good explanation but that’s how it sounds. Has anyone had the same problem? sounds like the backplate rubbing on the brake disc

or it could be a handbrake shoe inside the disc catching
