is it worth lowering the car as i when i go to my mums its six streets 3miles and 34 speed bumps, i have 17s on and they are now running on 215/45/17 tyers, to go to work there are 3 speed bumps just to get out of my road,

If you have not got a bodykit it should be fine,its really only when you have skirts ect that speedbumps become a problem.

Well in that case yes you are gonna have to go slow on speed bumps ect.I get this everyday,some i cant even get over,and have a few times made people behind me back up so i can take another route.So yes it is grief so really the decision is yours.

Ditch the bumper and skirts, and get it lowered. No need for a kit [img]/wink.gif[/img]

Mine's been lowered 40mm on 215/45/17 no bodykit and I need to crawl very slowly on some speed bumps. Depends on height and width of speed bumps as some are designed so that ambulances can pass over them without slowing too much as there narrower then the vehicle inner wheel width.
