how do i get round this bloody problem? ive finally got round to doing my dough nut bushes and rounded the head of the main bolt!
after wedging on a smaller size socket one 1 side i managed to get it off and replace the bush.
only after putting the new one in and tightening it up it sat around 10mil out so i tried to take it off and it rounded off again now im stuck again.
the other side is worse it wont budge after heating it the old wd40 didnt work either what do i do money is low so i want to do it myself some one please HELP!!!!

Did you clean the bolt up before refitting it? It's probably one of those you're supposed to use new bolts for, but the old one will have had threadlock etc all over it..

Is it dangling down far enough to get some stilsons on?

to be honest you woudlnt get a size smaller socket on it I don't think, so you probably started off with the wrong size. make sure its the correct one and use a 6 sided socket not a 12sided one.
