front quarter window

k went out to the car this morning to find some little c**k has scored the small window on the passenger door, its quite deep and also they have shoved something down the rubber so that is now stuck inwards.

so question is , i have a spare door with glass in it ....how easy is it to swap them over...

tbh it's not the easiest job in the world but can be done if you have the patience for it

Just taken the glass out of my doors today, if you have a haynes manual it will help! There is 4 10mm bolts IIRC and a strange screw / bolt at the bottom to adjust it. Once you have this all free and are lifting it out turn it 90 degrees so the adjuster can come through the gap in the door.
