Black Vinyl Roof, Aerial base removal Help

Im thinking of Vinyl wrapping my roof in gloss black vinyl. I've seen a friend of mine with his Astra G and this mod done to his roof and the black roof grew on me. Best thing is it'll help against sun damage and If I dont like it, I can peel it off.

I'm inquiring as to the best way to remove the aerial base and the roof rack strips to more easily apply the vinyl.
Is the aerial base screwed or clipped from under the roof liner? what's the best way to remove it so I can more easily apply the vinyl to the roof?
