i have a cunning plan

my door cards have decided to blow in the normal place so i have come up with a cunning plan? i have a spare set of late clothe trim and i am going to remove the cream leather partd from the black vinyl bits and which have blown and i dont like anyway and fix the leather bits to the velour door card bits as i like them much better . i know this is possible as i already removed the pattern bit from the clothe door cards . i will post some piccies of the results tomorrow

And I didn't even realise they ever did that part of the door card in cloth, was it just very late models?
Mine like most has that annoying bubbling on both sides, would be great to do that swap and not only get rid of the bubbling, but improve upon the black vinyl at the same time.

How did you remove and reattach the cream panel parts (other than carefully!)

it was easy peasy mate , the leather bits are glued onto the main part of the door card, and my door cards are the original clothe cards from the car which is a 93 m,y which looks like the se8 interior
