Help with HID's and Tailgate lip spoiler

Hey guys, I'm after 2 things.

Firstly, I'm doing some homework on HID's and want your opinions. I've always been anti HID's merely for the fact that not really legal unless you have auto level adjusting and washers, but aside from that if not adjusted correctly you'd 'dazzle' oncoming drivers. But my Angel eyes I have now have even worse spread of light than stock headlights so I'm doing some homework on them. Whats your thoughts and opinions.
Any hassles with cops?

Secondly, has anyone successfully bought a uni fit tailgate lip? something like this is my idea for my cali.

Since there is my calibra on the second pic, so the answer is - yes, someone has successfully bought a lipspoiler

By the way, we bought two lips at the same time, but I cannot find a good pic, how does it look like on the white Calibra of my friend...

Yep yep I tried him and he said that postage would be too much and take too long. so about another 30 euro and 4-5 week shipping.
Might be a last resort as 60Euro is a bit much.

Might have to try something universal fit locally. dunno im trying some research
