Have today had the information sent in for this show. And there is a change of venue and also prices etc so please read fully


Dates..................The Show is ONLY on the Sunday 26th May

Camping .............There is camping available from the Saturday but only after 18.00hrs and you can stay till NOON Monday

Prices ..................If Camping the fee is £15 per unit, if your only going to exhibit then you and 4 passengers get free entry


the Venue .............Nissan Sports & Leisure Complex Washington Road, Sunderland Tyne & Wear SR5 3NS..You can get directions on Google, the entrance is shown in the image below




Other Important Information regarding the camping and site rules

NOBODY to arrive prior to 18.00hrs (6pm) On the Saturday if your camping. Security will not allow ANYONE to access the site before the correct time ...NO EXCEPTIONS

Parking on any approach roads is illegal and any offenders will removed by the police

Camping is only in the designated areas

NO open fires and all tyeps of BBQ (including the disposable type) must be raised of the ground so not to burn the grass

No littering, please use bins provided and tidy up when you break camp .... or take it home with you

Please remember that the camp site is a family one, and as such please no loud music or unruly behaviour

ALL Exhibitors that arrive on the Saturday MUST have their Vehicles on the show field within one hour of arriving on site ..THERE IS NO EXCEPTIONS WHATSOEVER

Exhibitors arriving on the Sunday must have their Vehicles on the show field no later than 09.00hrs (9AM) if you arrive after that time you will be turned away

No Vehicles are allowed to leave the show field before 17.00hrs (5PM) on Sunday 27TH THERE IS NO EXCEPTIONS WHATSOEVER.... Now I take that to mean your car will be left there from the Saturday when you arrive till the Sunday after the show, and I presume there is going to be security , but nothing is mentioned

All instructions by any of the Event/Nissian staff are to be followed

North East American Car Club reserve the right to refuse entry and participation to anyone infringing the event rules

signing the form individually or as a collective you agree to abide and observe the above rules

closing date to get the entry back to them is the 3rd of May

All payments and information is to be done by us by Friday 26th April...after that I will be sending the form off and you will have to arrange entry yourself

and its further up than the usual location ...about 45 minutes further ..so a bit more for you if going down the usual route you go

theres 2 ways to go Craig Fraz and Norrie are going to go down the the East side A1 ect and Ally and i will most likly go down the M74 and cut across the A69 not sure what time we are leaving at but it will be about 6.00/6.30 if you want to come with us. I think we might drive back up with Fraz and Norrie tho as its been a while since we have all driven together and its always good to drive with them

I think for us it will be at Hermiston Gate centre ..since its right at the end of the M 8 and the M9 ...from there down the A1 or what ever road everyone wants to go down
