Tickets all booked but i am a little confused. They are telling us that a unit is a tent with 2 adults and anymore are £5 per person per night

All tariffs apply to one vehicle and trailer/van/tent plus up to 4 adults

and on Billings own website

Pitches (up to 4 persons) per night - Rates include ONE car only per pitch, per night



mind you I think they have also charged me an extra £10 as well

Just spoke to pure leisure (owners of Billing) and there has indeed been some confusion regarding the rates

Just to clarify the rates that should be charged are as follows

One unit is a vehicle with 4 occupants staying in one tent or Caravan or trailer tent

the 4 occupants are adults OR children

If there is more than 4 in one unit, then there is an extra charge of £5 per adult or £2.50 per child per night

if you are staying over before Friday night or after Saturday night, then the rate per unit is £20 per night ..additional charges still apply

Friday and Saturday nights are £15 per unit per night

additional tents pup tents or Gazebo's are subject to additional charge ..Though you may have to play that one by ear on the day, as there some got away with out these charges last year ...so up to you if you wish to chance your arm when booking

if anyone thinks they have been overcharged please let me know by Pm and I will give you a phone number to contact them direct to sort things out, you will need your conformation number given at time of booking
