VBOA National show2017

2 weeks to go guys
When you arrive can you please have all your passes at hand so you can get in the gate quickly and not cause at traffic jam, once in the gate you will be directed to where our stand will be, can I ask every one to please stick to the road network work and not cut across other club stands or camping areas, I have been given a plan of the area and where our stand will be ill get it posted up once we have a few things sorted, any one coming with a support vehicle will be asked to park it in an other area after you've got your tent ect sorted, it will give us more room to camp and will make your life easer getting in and out of the show ground if needed,
Please remember there will be a strict 10mph speed limit, a nylon one failing to adhere to this or the road network will be asked to leave the show, I'm sure there are loads more rules that I should be telling you but we are all grown ups and know how to represent club calibra properly,
If your new to the club or this is the 1st time meeting us please come over and say hi we don't bit ( well only when asked )

Every one that has paid in advance will get a pass sent out to them from LMF they will be getting sent out next week I belive

I take it one will be able to park up on stand during the day and leave when returning to hotel and return in morning.
