Engine Starter Button
I've done this myself - you just need a switch for the ignition. Then you use a push button to start the engine. The switch will turn the engine off. It's dead easy.

<!--QuoteBegin-Mondy_Racer+--><div class='quotetop'>(Mondy_Racer)</div><div class='quotemain'><!--QuoteEBegin-->that credit card idea is sweet can u wire it up so the second u put the card in the engine starts n when u pull it out the engine stops ?<!--QuoteEnd--></div><!--QuoteEEnd-->You could, but that would require knowing how long it took for the engine to start so that the electronics could cut power to the starter.
Or you could fit some sort of inertia sensor onto the engine that would sense the engine revving and cut power to the starter circuit.
Anyway, it's not very pratical because sometimes you want the ignition on without starting the engine

oh mate thats a shame but how the hell did you manage that but i have worked on door access controls and i presume the sky was for the card and the chip recognisation ( code ) which would activate the door acces software programmed to open the lock / start the engine ... i can talk but i cant do lol i dont blame you matey for keeping that one a secret i really dont how do you come up with these orginal ideas i wish i had a useful brain .....
