Urgent - Windscreen Washers

Windscreen Washers
My windscreen washers (front & back) have stopped working.
The wipers work perfectly (when I flick the stalk to wash the windscreen, the wipers still go 4 times) but there's no water coming out at all. There is no sound from the pump, but the water bottle is full.
The obvious answer is a fuse, but I have checked every single one and none of them have blown. I've checked the handbook and every fuse is present, and there doesn't seem to be a dedicated one for the washer - just one for the wipers (no.6, 30A).
Is there a fuse I don't know about?
Any ideas? Has the pump failed? How can I test it?

Now fixed.
The problem was a broken pump.
Tested it as you described and it was completely dead, so I bought a new one and fitted it 10 minutes.
Had problems getting the old tubes onto the new pump, but I stuck the ends of the pipes into a cup of boiling water and then they slipped on a treat.
I got the new pump from Halfords and it cost £17.99. How much??? Yes, I know I could have got it cheaper elsewhere, but I was in a hurry and when I looked on Autovaux's website I couldn't find it.
If anybody else needs to get one the reference number is HWP13 and it's a perfect match for the original part.
Anyway it all works now, so I'm pleased.
