error 13 plus problem -96 turbo

my calibras been missing beats so cleaned the plugs and was a bit better so bought some new ones and better still but sttill lumpy and at 5000rpm on throttle it backs off hard and feels like you take your foot off the acceleator all of a sudden....

took the cap and rotor out ands they look farked but couldnt buy today...holden here in aus want $280 for the cap which is 115 pounds roughly...a joke...will get from autovaux maybe,..

anyway i asccidently touched spanner between dizzy cap screw and positive battery stereo terminal and it sparked....everything works fine but the ecu light was on all the time with car running fine...at home i noticed the hall sensor/dizzy sensor was unplugged but it still went normal?????

plugged it in and reset the computer i think for long enough but the ecu light was on with accessories and wouldnt go out as normal...did the paperclip tesdt and error code 13 came up which i think is the exhaust o2 sensor/lambada sensor??

i got a 95/96 standard calibra turbo...

should i reset the ecu for longer??hjave i damaged anything if the light stays on even iff the cars not startyed????

thanks for help....

also being in oz, any companies that are cheap so i can get some new parts off the net as autovaux have pretty crap service from past expiriences??

The lights should stay on anyway without starting the car I believe.

If 13 is o2 then your best bet is just to replace it - it's not that expensive (well, it may be over there) and a universal one will work and cost a lot less. Depends on the state of your engine tune.
