Drop in voltage.
The voltage in my 93 Turbo has started dropping to approx 10.5V. Everything slows down i.e. windows, sunroof, wipers so it's not just my volt gauge playing up and the warning lights come on (the battery one and the ! one). My alternantor isn't that old (about 12 months) and it only happen occasionally (seems to be always in the wet but I could be imagining things:D ). Obviously I'm leaning towards faulty alternator and alternator wiring but is there anything else I could check before I start ripping it out as it's a pain in the *** to remove on a turbo!!!!!!
Is something else shorting and pulling too much power? I dont have amps or anything like that and all +ve and earth terminals have been cleaned and tightened up.
Any ideas anybody.

Right done a bit more investigation and I've noticed that when the voltage drop occurs I cannot switch on my rear demister. Any body know which relay controls the demister and the heated mirrors?
Thinking it might be shorting somewhere.
Thing is it's all working again now and voltage is normal, god I hate intermittent faults!!!
