engine management plug?
hey dudes!
had my first cally problem today and need to use my ECU fault finder,
where is the 10pin plug i need to connect it to in my '92 cally? I haven't anything in my engine bay fuse box, manual says the engine wiring loom, but i don't know me arse from me elbow there! [img]/biggrin.gif[/img]

It should be in the corner of the engine bay passe<!--coloro:white--><span style="color:white"><!--/coloro-->nge<!--colorc--></span><!--/colorc-->r side, not in the fuse box but right in the corner behind the suspension turret, next to the flat brown/orange octane plug that is next to the alarm horn, plug is pushed down onto a connector holding `thing`, pulls off

i can see a plug with like a brown connector on it, would the connector holding 'thing' be mounted to the body? [img]/biggrin.gif[/img]

Ive just had a look on my k reg 16v, the brown flar thing that clips on `flat` to a larger black plastic square is the fuel map plug/octane plug
Behind this there is a black plug pushed onto the same square of black plastic, it has loads of wires going into it, this is the plug you need, it pulls off upwards and its pins a and b you want to use to read the codes, but if you have the reader it should fit one way only
