It started jamming today, getting stuck and moving up inch by inch until closed (took alot of button presses!)

Something getting caught you think?

Yes. Take the door panel off and have a look. Was it making any strange noises?

It was just stuttering like something is affecting the motion, I put it up and down with a little help from me and it seems smooth again - we'll see though!

Maybe a problem with the runners.. hard to tell really!

I have this very same problem! How easy is it to take the door panel off without breaking somthing? I'm completely new to this [img]/smile.gif[/img]

look in the pocket 2 caps take them off behind them 2 screws, next grab handle one screw just at the bottom. next at the bottom of door card in the middle 1 screw. take off the cover panel where the door opener handel is 2 screws there. then from the side carefully pull the door card its held on by some retaining clips the door card will release if it has tweeters you will need to unclip the 3 lugs holding it in place and hey presto door card off
