What is this switch for

When i bought my cally v6 it has an orange switch between the handbrake and gearstick

just wondered what the hell it is

nah no neons matey, wouldn't want them, yeah it looks like something like that, maybe for some amp or something, not too sure was just wondering if it was something standard in the late cally's as i didn;t have one in my 94 16v

Well mines a 97 and not got it mine, looks like it maybe for an alarm at some point.

Try clicking it and seeing if the car starts. Could be a switch to cut the ignition.

Ejector seat. It was a factory option on some rare models in that year.
