Tail lights

Cracked my read tail light so i bought 2 Generation3 sports lights and wired them up. Now when i press the brake the indicator will stop flashing? anyone have any ideas?

You probably got a short somewhere. Check the wiring on the new lights.

I put some lexus lights on a while back. and they only use one bulb for brake and tail light whereas standard they usualy have 2. so whenever i turn my lights on, my dash ligh comes on to say i have a bulb out, what can i do???

Could be a bad earth on the unit. Does it have a direct earth to the chassis? It may need cleaning up.
