C25XE Crank Angle Sensor

Hi Guys,

Okay, I am having a shocker over here, I need a crank angle sensor for a 1996 2.5L V6. I have been quoted AU$400 for the CAS (like 150 squid me thinks).

I know that the some of the guys over here have picked up the 16V CAS for like AU$60, so $400 seemes a bit extreme.

Main things I need to know are, do I have to go for an OPEL CAS or are there generic ones, and how much should I expect to pay...

Could always try mailing these people of Ebay (they're all breaking that year V6 so may be able to get the parts for you).
