This is a very rough guide, use a voltmeter to check if you can before you connect anything.

Black/Brown -------- Tailgate lock barral (grounded when pushed with key in I think).
Black/Blue ---------- Arms the alarm on when the drivers door is deadlocked
Brown/Red ---------- Horn, Siren (Grounds when Alarm sounding)
Brown/Black -------- Diagnostics Socket
Brown/Blue --------- Diagnostics Socket
Red ---------------- Perminant 12v
Black --------------- Ignition on 12v
Grey --------------- Grounded when passenger/Driver door open
Brown/Black -------- Boot Switch (Grounded when boot open)
Brown/White -------- Ground's through the heated rear screen (open circuit if window smashed)
White/Black ------- Left Indicator (12v)
White/Green ------ Right Indicator (12v)
Brown/Violet ------- Radio???
Brown/Green ------- Bonnet switch (Grounded when open)
Brown ------------- Perminant Gnd 0v

The multicore is to the ultrasonics and you won't need them.
In the door loom you will find a Brown/Black wire, if you connect this to the white wire on the toad then it can close the windows when arming.
