does anybody know if they are kinda plug n play like the trip computer or is it hard to do or even imposible?
i drive a '92 16valve calibra with standad seats and jus the little shelf where the oil/volt gauge would go
any help would be greatly appreciated

Last time I checked theres a little tiny shelf under the ash tray that the little switch console for the heated seats goes, and the harness for it should be in there somewhere.

to get them working u need to buy the switches and surround(i got mine off ebay for a 10er).king calibras right, the switches go in the little space u have under the ash tray and hold in with 1 screw.
the wires are behind the ashtray quite fiddly to get but well worth it,

so is the wireing for the seats themselves under the carpets ou is it under the side trim? and is it easy to find?

mine was just under the carpet, very easy to find, better to look for it when the seats are out,
4 bolts hold the seats in.

Just remember to secure your seat belt restrainer first.

I'm putting my gauges in sometime soon hopefully, had them over 6 months lol. If you haven't got the plug/loom for the gauges you can get something similar from a PC store or website for a couple of quid. There's only four wires to connect up, one goes to the oil pressure sensor which you screw in near the oil pump, then one goes to ground, and two go to +ve, one for lighting and one for the voltage gauge. You can pinch the three wires from the headunit or from the cigar lighter, whichever you fancy

sorry just realised its a 16 valve, think you screw the oil sender into the block somewhere. Pretty sure there's a guide kicking around on the net for putting the gauges into a C20XE but can't remember where!
