Temperature Sensor

I've got a dual digital clock / outside temperature display in my Cally. It's started doing something odd. The temperature display is constantly reading ' - - . - ' Occasionally for a few seconds it will flash up something silly like 76.0 and then go back to ' - - . - '

Any ideas?

Sounds like a dodgy temp sensor or wiring.
The sensor is in the front bumper pasenger side.
Take it out and re-seat the plug or fit a new sensor.
