What colour should i do my discs?

by robs_cal » Mon Jan 23, 2006 10:13 pm

I have a Rio Verde V6 with grooved brake discs. Now I want to paint the edges and centres (anything not in contact with the pads) of the discs and the calipers.

What colours the best to go for - bearing in mind that it is a large section so I don't want it to be too obvious?

We have either red, silvery/grey or dark green

Cheers

Silver Grey IMO... That would be most subtle,

Do you want it subtle though? (if not YELLOW!!!)

Actually on second thoughts do the discs and calipers dark green...

I've done the calipers and hubs on mine with silver hammerite and it looks pretty good (black car), enough to look nice if you know it's there, without going "LOOK AT ME!!!!!"

I'd say silvery/gray
