ticking

when ya switch my cally off theres a ticking noise coming from the passenger side footwell/door area, we thought it might be the speaker but it doesnt seem to be it, any ideas as to anything down there that would tick??

Ticking is most likely a relay of some form, There is a connector behind the kick-panel in the passenger footwell, not sure if there are any relays in there or not, but worth a look, it doesnt take much to remove, have a nose behind the glovebox as well, often things behind there..

If its in the door itself, then there should only be central locking/deadlock servos in there... well and the electric windows/mirrors i suppose.. hmm.. quite a bit really..
Whats it sound like to you? does it stop eventually or keep going?
