Hazard Light

anyone know or has anyone already - moved the hazard light to the right hand side of the steering wheel. moved it to din spot, to put gauges in where the blower was, then put screen in there so no more room that side. but i have a place on the left of the headlight switch. just wondering if it will reach that far before i tear the sh1te outa the dash to move it across.

You could place it anywhere as long as its in reach when driving, just extend the wires [img]/smile.gif[/img]

i was hoping not to have to extend the wires to be honest. just wondering if anyone had done it as, in is there enough slack there to move it as is.

You wont be able to move it very far as there's no slack in the loom, so the easy way is to extend the wires which is a very easy job to do [img]/smile.gif[/img]

okey doke. gona take a bit longer than i was hoping then is all. what gauge wire should i be getting for that?

I use stuff that looks the same when it comes to wires, not had a problem yet [img]/smile.gif[/img]

UPDATE : the hazard switch will reach as far as the right hand side of the headlight adjuster switch once your have released it from the loom. i had to take out my dash anyway so it was easy to get at. dont think it would have been possible other.

(just in case anyone else has run out of space for it in the centre section)
