Brake lights

Hi,I'm new here can anybody help.My nearside brake/tail light goes out altogether when I press the brake with the lights switched on.With lights switched off it works but not as bright as offside one.

Try your light switch, have you taken it apart lately to fit leds???

you may of inserted the brake light in the wrong way, there are two dimples on the stop/tail lights one is higher than the other, these need to be inserted the correct way or the brake light won't show when your headlights are on, and if you have inserted it the wrong way then you will need to get a new bulb in there
