Mystery lead/sensor

Any electrical issues

just the location of where the end plugs in ..was just a thought (do they work your washers?) as for the end could it not be someone has cut pulled the end off and used some sort of heat shrink on the ends?

No, 'cos there's a white bit of plastic in the end as well. Unless it was some unused bit of loom that was blanked off in the factory.

i think your find its probly just something that vauxhall plug into when they do a turn up or something like that

tbh to me it looks like a brake pad wear plug. Shouldn't be up there in the engine bay though. Have a pic of mine at home but not there till monday so that don't help much sorry. Do you have a check light on your dash?

Cheers Johnny but it's not the wear sensor. I have those tied off by the discs. I'm still thinking temp sensor, gonna go check if it's down by the bumper.

If the wires on the plug are blue and white then it's the temp sender.

Nah, they're green and brown. Still haven't got around to checking this. Yet more problems elsewhere!

I've never seen that conector that you have in the engine bay before.
