uprated or standard shocks help needed

need new shocks but do i go for standard shocks or buy a set of uprated shocks? the car is lowered 30mm

Most would say go with some to match your springs
i.e shorten pistons to stop grounding or is it bump...can never remember?

All comes down to how much you are willing to pay etc

Go with uprated shocks,or new standard ones won't last long,the shocks are supposed to match your springs.One of the worst things i ever did to my car was lowering springs with stock shocks,the handling was terrible.I had them on the car for a few weeks then forked out for a set of koni adjustable shocks with matching springs.
