Standard brakes?

Anyone got any pics of a cally with standard front brakes on it? I was just washing the car and was up close to the calipers and I doubt they are standard. The guy I bought it off seemed to know nowt about the car (I've found a few nice surprises) so I'm just curious. If anyone can send me links with decent clear pics and I would also appreciate pics of callys with uprated brakes whatever they may be just so I can get an idea of what mine are. I'll post pics of mine up later, I'm too tired/lazy at the mo to take pics [img]/tongue.gif[/img]

Were the turbo calipers the same size as the 94' 16v? Those calipers look damned near identicle to mine. As previously stated, I'll get pics up.

No, the 16v and 8v have smaller size calipers as the disks in the turbo are bigger than the 16v.

As Naz said, the 16V brakes are smaller than the turbo BUT shape wise they are the same so don't just go by looks. Have you measured the discs size? 16V are 256mm standard.
