SE8 Rear wheels different?

by randomman » Wed Jul 05, 2006 9:13 pm

Hi all,

Just wonder if what I think I've heard is true, are the wheels on an SE8 wider than a normal ECOTEC? If so what spec are they (and what is a standard's for that matter) and is there anyway I can buy after markets that are the same?

Cheers

Great stuff, thanks

Now I just need to decide what alloy wheels to go for. I'd like to keep the 205 width, as I dont like the feeling that I'm loosing out on any grip. I like the really thin look on wheels, like Wolfrace Street Mantis (although they do tend to be popular with most boy racers for some reason) If I can get the money together I'll go for OZ Ulterleggeras

I'm open to all suggestions though

Looks very nifty

And after a quick tot up my mod list is now 1.5 times the cost of what I'm paying for the car.

Is that good or bad?

Depends on how much your paying for the car:wink:

Also if you're happy to spend money on mods then go for it, there's people on here who have spent way more on mods than the actual car cost them.
