I have a calibra turbo 4x4 and i have been looking for bits .. transfer box. acuator bulb , as i lost all my fluid and thought that it was the seal in the transfer box.. searching the net i came accross a how to fix this problem short term by taking the fuse out and filling the resoirver again with brake fluid to run on 2 wheel drive as i read it said that taking the fuse out dis-engauges the soleoid and stops the fluid from going to the transfer box and leaking out ... but i did this and it still leaked.. I know I should have checked that it was coming out of the transfer box seal but i took it for granted that it was... I did notice a squeeling noise coming from the pump when i first put the fluid in..
Have my transfer box seal gone or is it the pump ?
why didnt the fuse 19 work when i pulled it out ?
should i convert it to 2 wheel drive by by-passing the bulb and transfer box ?
cheers evans

F19 won't always work, you usually need to bypass the txbox system with pipework as per mickM's guide on his site, should find it in his signature on here.
the seal is internal, so it leaks out the breather pipe if connected, out the top of the box, so as a short fix you can just stick that in the top of the pas fluid tank to get you home if the car needs moving.

also i hope you don't mean brake fluid.

same problem with my turbo, ******* all the fluid out of the transfer box breather pipe. Have you sorted yours out? Is it an expensive job?
